I was shockingly disappointed by the service at a Michelin hotel. They forgot to clean our room after our first night there. I called housekeeping around 5 to inquire about the lack of cleaning the room. They stated that the system showed my red light was on. I went to the door to check and the light was green. She agreed to send someone up at 7 when we wouldn’t be in the room. When we arrived back at the hotel the room hadn’t been cleaned. I called housekeeping again and got the same excuse. Needless to say it took 3 calls to get fresh towels and garbage removed only. Definitely not Michelin service and extremely poor service recovery.
